Could It Be Pneumonia? A Dozen Warning Signs!

Keeping fit by being physically active, eating healthful food more than unhealthful food, and getting enough sleep are the best ways to keep your immune system up.  And since pneumonia bugs hit those with lower immune systems, you would want to keep your immune system in tip top shape.

Weak lungs make for an easy target for pneumonia bugs.  So, keep your lungs healthy with cardiovascular exercises (e.g. jogging, biking, skipping rope), and do not weaken your lungs with cigarettes and vapes.  Simply put, do not smoke or vape.  If you already do, stop.
