9. Duration of Stomach Flu

The duration of signs and symptoms between stomach flu and food poisoning are typically different.  In general, stomach flu lasts longer than food poisoning.  Again, different viruses will have differing durations.  Most viruses have a duration of 7-10 days.  Signs and symptoms would often be present for the same amount of time.
