Children tend to be much more vulnerable when it comes to getting the flu because they are not as aware of cleanliness, and tend to have weaker immune systems as compared to adults. Most kids will rub their eyes, put their fingers in their mouth, cough without covering their mouth, and sneeze but not blow their noses, swallowing infected phlegm or mucus. As a result, many kids end up vomiting due to the virus entering their bellies. Also, since children have weaker gag reflexes as compared to adults, coughing is another reason why they end up vomiting as well.
