7. Foul Smelling Urine

There are a number of things that can affect the smell of your urine. Your pee normally does not have a very strong smell, but certain factors can change its odor, giving it a different smell or making it more pungent or downright stinky.

Some common but harmless causes of smelly urine include the food that you eat (such as asparagus, fish, garlic, and onion) and the vitamins and medication that you take (such as vitamin B and vitamin D).

But foul-smelling urine can also be caused by an underlying medical condition. One of these conditions is a bladder infection. If you notice a change in the odor of your pee and experience other difficulties with urination, an infection in your bladder might just be the culprit.
