24. Hiatal Hernia
Hernias are a widespread issue. It results in a little protrusion in the abdomen or groin. It is normally painless and innocuous, but pain levels can elevate to discomfort and eventual agony. A hernia arises when the peritoneum, the muscular membrane that normally maintains abdominal organs in place, weakens or tears. This peritoneal defect permits organs and tissues to press through or herniate, resulting in a bulge.
When the person lies down, the lump may dissipate, but it might also be pushed back inside. It may resurface if you cough.
