Studies have suggested that when taken in moderate doses, it may actually have benefits for your health. As it turns out, it may even play a role in lowering the chances of developing multiple sclerosis. Studies have shown that those who consumed more than 900 ml, or around three mugs, of coffee a day are 30 percent less likely to get the disease than those who don’t. However, the studies have not yet proven conclusive.
