9. Shaking Chills
Chills, or shaking chills, is when someone is shivering so much that their body actually moves from the movement. Chills is a reaction of the body when someone is feeling extremely cold, and the body attempts to bring heat back into the body. These tiny convulsions are something that people have no control over either, and they usually wrack the entire body until it begins to feel warmer again. Chills is one symptom that is usually accompanied by a fever, normally because of either a virus or bacterial infection in the bloodstream. Chills is yet another sign of a sickness or virus that, if it doesn’t go away or is accompanied by other serious symptoms, should not be ignored.
