Vomiting and Nausea
Nausea or the general feeling of queasiness has several symptoms. You can notice increased saliva, light-headedness, difficulty swallowing, gagging, dizziness, faster than usual heart rate, and skin temperature changes if you are experiencing nausea. Vomiting is also considered a symptom of colorectal cancer when a tumor is causing bowel obstruction. This usually results in solids, liquids, and even gas from passing through the colon, which can cause stomach cramps, constipation, vomiting, and nausea.
