7. Sharp Upper Body Pain
Most men will tell you that one of their biggest heart attack symptoms is the feeling that an elephant is sitting on their chest, but for women, it’s not the same. Most females share that they experience upper body pain that can feel like electricity that’s moving from their chest outwards. While some say they feel sharp pains, others say it’s more like pressure on the chest that’s dull, sometimes more apparent on the left side. Meanwhile, others say it feels like the pain is gradually moving to other areas within the body like the neck, jaw and upper arms. Since most people believe that heart attacks feel like a strong sharp pain in the chest, when they experience something different, the danger is that they don’t associate this particular pain with the possibility that they could be suffering from a heart attack
