9. Cloudy Urine
Healthy urine is normally clear, or tinged with the yellowish color of straw. If you find that your urine has turned cloudy or milky, it could be a sign of an infection. Such cloudiness is due to pyuria, which is the presence of white blood cells or pus in the urine. It is more often associated with a urinary tract infection, but may also be a symptom of an infection caused by kidney stones. If your cloudy urine originates from a problem with kidney stones, it is most likely to be accompanied by intense pain in your back or sides.
