1. Cloudy Urine
A kidney infection can affect the appearance of your urine. Healthy urine should be clear or a yellowish color like straw. An infection may cause it to become cloudy or milky. Urine takes on this cloudiness when there is pus or white blood cells present in it. This presence is called pyuria. The white blood cells pass into your urine in order to try to fight the bacteria that are infecting your urinary tract.
