The cocktail, which is gaining fame in the local scene, is a mix of Mezcal, lime, and agave syrup. Imagine the smoky, sour, and sweet mix of flavors being served in a salt-rimmed glass. If you are nowhere near the Hilton Reforma, and the cocktail is not on the menu in your hand, ask the bartender if he can make you one. You will never know unless you ask.
