Either they have difficulty falling asleep, or other times, they wake up often in the middle of the night, or too early in the morning. One main reason for this is actually menopause. From hot flashes and night sweats, to cold flashes and anxiety, early menopause can make it hard to sleep and sleep well, at times even causing insomnia. According to the National Sleep Foundation, a few ways tips they give for sleeping better with menopause is to avoid nicotine, caffeine, and alcohol, reduce stress, and develop a bedtime routine, and keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, just to name a few.
