Here Are 15 Early Warning Signs Of Menopause

4. Chills or Cold Flashes

Healthline
While it is normal for women with early signs of menopause to go through hot flashes and night sweats, another common sign of early menopause is having chills or cold flashes. Just as the name suggests, cold flashes occur due to the same fluctuating hormones that causes a dysfunction of the hypothalamus, which is the part of the brain that regulates body temperature. It is usually a feeling that causes a shivery, tingling, cold feeling that suddenly comes over the body. It can even cause you to turn pale or at times, even shake. Just like hot flashes, they also usually only last for a few minutes. While these are normal occurrences, it is still always best to speak to your doctor about what is going on or find ways to best deal with them.
