Tea is known to have polyphenols, a compound that helps relax the arteries and reduce the risk of heart disease. To get the maximum effect of this compound, try dunking your tea bag at least 10 times to release the optimum amount of polyphenols into your drink!

Researchers from the University of Colorado found that taking at least 100 milligrams of CoQ10 is one way to naturally relax the arteries.
