Remember to expend as much calories as you consume. Without physical activity, your diet will be an incomplete effort for proper heart health.

Try to increase your activity level. Exercise daily, and try to vary your exercises. Take note, however, that exercise is not the only means to increase activity level. Try to achieve little add-ons to your activities, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking a little farther from the mall to make yourself walk farther, and walking instead of riding to short-trip destinations. If you’re working at a desk, remember to get up every 20 minutes to do some 20-second stretch and movement.
