An overall feeling of being unwell, or malaise, is typical of upper respiratory tract illnesses.  Actually, malaise is a typical symptom of many illnesses, even those not caused by a Coronavirus, like flu, fever, and bacterial pneumonia.  Thus, using this symptom as a lone indicator of COVID-19 is not realistic.  It would be good to also check the other symptoms in this article to get a better idea if what you are suffering is COVID-19 or some other illness.
