Causes And Cures For Passing Gas

Cures For Farts:

Technically, there is no cure for farting since it is not even an illness to begin with.  As has been mentioned at the start of this article, farting is a normal body process for a healthy human being.  Of course, if you wish to avoid that horribly intense stinky fart on a regular basis, there are some things you could take control of.  Here are 9 “cures” for farting, if you could even call it that:

1. Quit Smoking

Whatever it is you’re smoking, whether it be cigarettes, cigars, vapes or e-cigs, or any combination of those, people who indulge in this vice swallow excessive amounts of air.  While inhaling sends the air to the wind pipe (trachea) and down into the lungs, there is a portion of what you inhale that ends up down the esophagus and into your digestive system.  This extra gas will eventually accumulate and will have to be expelled in one way or another, and that one way is usually through a fart.  And since the gas was stinky and toxic going in, it’s going to be just as stinky and toxic, or worse, going out.  If you want to lessen the frequency and the toxicity of your farts, quit smoking or vaping.  Aside from addressing your fart issues, quitting smoking will also benefit your lungs, your overall health, and your budget.
